I can’t admit that I have or will absorb every topic in this book that could or should help me conquer anxiety. The book does hit on many of the things that I have clung to for so long that amplify my anxious episodes. These are anxieties that never leave me, and with the current state of the world, they are very frequently present. Not to be dismissive of those anxieties, through reading this book, I realize that they have held & continue to hold me back from being a better person in all aspects of my life. After six decades, I know it’s still not to late to conquer or relativize the anxieties to get to that better place. This book is a very helpful resource with which to get my bearings straight in minimizing the negative thoughts, feelings, and actions imminently attached to my anxieties.
